We’re offering all students who sign up to the Black Rooster Rewards App today (16th September) with a university email address a FREE MEAL throughout September.

Simply download our Black Rooster app using your university email address on 16th September and we’ll credit your account with enough app points to claim your FREE Black Rooster Daytime Saver meal between now and the end of the month.

Download the Black Rooster app and create an account using your university email address.

step 2: verify your account to Receive your Meal credit

Once you’ve downloaded the app. you’ll receive an email verification. Once you verify your account you will see £7 worth of credit has been added to your account under ‘My Rewards’.

step 3: order your meal

Your voucher is valid both in-store and for Click & Collect orders placed through the Black Rooster App.

You can place your order for collection directly through the app using your points to pay for your meal, or head in to store and scan your app QR code at point of purchase to pay for your meal using your points.

1.     To be eligible to receive this offer (an "Eligible Customer"), you must:

a.     be 16 years old or over;

b. be a current student at the following universities, signing up to the app only with a valid student email address from one of the following institutions.

  • University of Glasgow

  • Strathclyde University

  • Caledonian University

  • Stirling University

  • UWS

  • Dundee University

  • University of Abertay

c.    be a new user of the Black Rooster app; and

d.     have downloaded, registered, signed-in and opted in to receive offers via the Black Rooster app from 00:01 on 16 September 2025 until 23:59 on 16th September 2025. 

2.     Offer comprises of one free from the Daytime Saver Menu (all meals £7) per Eligible Customer only when ordered via the Black Rooster app for collection in store between 00:01 on 16 September 2025 until 23:59 on 30th September 2025 inclusive.
